Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from webpedlar.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returns require a return authorization (RA) number, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team at support@webpedlar.com

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

Return Eligibility:

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Any included accessories, manuals, or promotional items must also be returned.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Authorization (RA):

  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.support@webpedlar.com
  • Please provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  • The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when returning the item(s).

Return Shipping and Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure its safe arrival.
  • Refunds will be issued for the item(s) returned, excluding any original shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the requested item(s).

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without proper authorization.
